New Xperia TX, will not power on. Has a triangle symbil with exclamatin mark and phone. What can I do?

I recently got an Xperia TX and it was working fine. I left it connected to the laptop to charge and woke up to find it off. When I tried to turn it back on the phone has a triange with an exclamation mark and phone on the screen and nothing happens. I tried taking out the battery and the sim and memory but nothing happens. Please help
