New Firmware, Problems [SOLVED]

I have a couple of problems/things than rather help me, **bleep** me off. First thing is the menu button, before the update when you hold it, it popped up all the apps, you could easily kill an app, or enter the one you wish, but now when you hold the menu button GoogleNow pops up. I don't care for that. Second thing pissed me off couple of updates before, but it wasn't that much of a big issue then (but today the menu problem got to me so I'm writing it down). It's also about GoogleNow,  when I have my micset on, and I would hold the micset button, before that update (I don't remember which one exactly) it would skip to the next song, but now surprise surprise it pops up GoogleNow and tells me to speak to the microphone so my phone can search for the thing I want it to search. You see the thing about me is if I want to search for something I write it down in the search engine, and so far I didn't hit a post or any other thing doing that.. Can I by any chance go to the old settings of these buttons? I expect that there will be a one word answer "NO!", but if you care to give me at least a BS explanation, I take that.. Have a nice day (because I won't), and get your top scientists on this problems.

EDIT: Problem solved, sort of.

I know that now you have click the Home button twice, thtat's the problem I got used to holding the button, but now Goddamn GoogleNow pops up and it's pissing me off, but I see I will have to get used to the new setting, so problem solved I guess.

Sony could have used the menu key instead. It doesn't anything at homescreen anyway. Long press the menu key would be more logical and more convenient.

I found the same "MISTAKE" , i think is a great wrong of SONY to send by pressing the "Home button" to the app of goggle. And have to press Twice, to found the recent applications. But is unacceptable, that if you read the User Manual of Xperia S, you can found the access to the recent applications by pressing ONE. I hope Sony turn back the OLD function on the next upgrade. Thanks and sorry for the grammar

To be fair, I think it was not Sony Mobile issue, HTC Butterfly with Android 4.1.2 has the home button long press goto Google Now (search). As a result, Sony has to use Apple (double click) method for recent Apps access. Hope that helps. I believe it was Google Android team that has designed 4.1.2 that way.

Who has decided introduce a “home key long-press” to launch “Google Now”, and a double-press to launch Recent Apps, in the Xperia S, is clear.

But If I had interest to access to “Google Now” I could do it through a shortcut.

Please let functions like  “home key long-press” to most relevant things.

Thanks

Regarding the song skipping functions... it works as usual...

If you hit "Pause" button twice it will go to the next song

If you hit "Pause" button three times it will go to the previous song...
