First of all did you ligh green appear ,even for a sececond.
Download this http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/update-service/
Update servise 1.Install IT
2.Run it -->Click "I ACCept"and click "Begin"
3.Choose you phone--->CLICK NEXT and now the hard part--..
If you phone is stuck in some kind ol softwere loop,he will not charge not connect and e.t.
HOLD THE BACK BUTTON AND DON't RELEASED ,connect the phone to the PC via usb cable.
Now listen carefully (it will blik in red with interval 4 sec maybe, you must not Release the back button until you see that the update survise is started the progress of updating ) This may taka from 2-5 minutes whe you see that the updater is updating release it.
and w8.The phone will go out of loop and will start normaly.THe fist start will be little slowly but it will start.THIS is for you X10 mini pro.
FOR X10 mini
Your phone is not chargin,or even when plugged in usb(red light Blikn 1, or red light blik3 time ,or red Light blinks 1 with 3-4-5 second interval)
This mean thath your phone is out of battery and it stuck in some kind of loop software ussie (maybe cause of trying to flash some rom ,kernel os software)
You will need Multimeter to check the bater(without dissamble the phone) just put ot the cable of the batery and test it with Multimeter (1st and 3rd pin not the middle one)
if batery below 3.50 and it stay on one position Batery is not dead and phone will be fixed
After you check it put the batery cable on and again and put usb calbe into pc and phone.--
Now again after you connect the phone to usb and pc ---use multimeter to check again the batery while charging .!
IF it charge fast like 3.20 and after a 10-20-30 sec it go lik 3.21 .3.22 this mena it stuck in loop.
Ok now the FIX: You will have to Hold the back button the whole time without release it (The UPdate servise must be start before connecting the usb ,and you have to go to the last step)
When it reach 3.50 V or more it will find your phone PC and the green light will come on .!!!DONT RELEASE IT !!
