My Xperia S keeps crashing and goes off

It crashed 3 times now in the last 2 days. For no reason at all or even if im on my browser my phone just turns off. Should I be worried? At first I thought it's because I have my phone in charge status and it couldnt handle the heat while gaming etc, but now it also happens when its not charging and nothing is running.

There is every possibility of software crashing.

I agree, however if this does not resolve the issue, try performing a software repair using the PC Companion software.

I had this issue with my phone.

NOTE: Factory reset did NOT work for me! My assumption is, the error just gets reloaded?...

SOLUTION: As per Jake-SonyXperiaSupport the only method that fixed the issue was a software repair using the Sony PC Companion software.
