My Xperia S got stuck in an infinite reboot!

I am really sad now... ok i will explain:

I was playing a new game i downloaded in Playstore, Cordy, ten after i play 4 levels i quit and tryed to open "Caligo Chaser free" another game from Playstore, suddenly the xperia frezzed in the loading screen of the game... after wait a long time i pressed the turn on button and it turned off... and started to turn on again, ok i waited some time, the logo SONY appears, the logo XPERIA appears and in the XPERIA logo it freezed again! and in the same time rebooted again! again the two logo's and in the XPERIA logo it rebooted again... again and again... i come here i searched for something i could do... i doed the thing for hard shut down, power and volume UP until 3 vibrations, and it turned off, i tried to turn on and the same thing still happening! restarting in the boot! Someone Please help me! and fast please! I am using the last update of the system, (ICS from Sony PC companion) and the battery is around 60% when it happen... my phone isnt on warranty because i buyed it in Portugual and i am living in Brazil... PLEASE SAVE MY XPERIA S lt26i

that's odd, repair it with SUS (make sure your phone's battery it's at least at 50%)

I am not using a SIM... its strange i know, and sorry for my bad english, i am from brazil, but about the SIM, my phone is locked to a GSM from Portugal, TMN, and i want to ask about that too... i can only unlock by unlocked code sites? like (http://www.cellunlocker.net/sony-ericsson-unlock.php#) or i can do it from my system? with Sony programs?

About the SUS, i downloaded the SUS and connected my phone it says that i can make and update... (strange, because i already update it to ICS with PC companion) but with no other choice i started it, 

now the download is running (386,6MB the download size)  you think that will work?

you need to contact the carrier or  network they might be able to give you the code but most of the time, carriers/networks don't do it, so you will need a code from a site like the link you've posted. (It's not up to Sony to unlock it)

updates are always good ideas. make sure to backup everything before the update.

Thanks for answer my question about carrier unlock.

The download of the update still going... after  it ends if it solve my odd problem i will mark as answered this trhead, if not i come back and tell you what going on, thanks for answreing this fast

The update ended and i tried to turn on the XPERIA... same thing happened...  on boot it restart, im being serious what happened? can i do something? im worried! why that happens? i was only playing.... i can do something? with SUS? please help again.

I have re updated with SUS and deleted all the things... but it worked! it now turned on and i got it like manufacturer... but it worked... now im going to make backup's and if i get other problems i just reset the phone and get the backup well like everyone in this forum i am waiting for 2013 for my Jelly Bean Update XD

I stuck with that your phone will reboot every time, may be it is in freeze mode and got infinite reboots, my friend is also having the same problem and tried with many softwares but finally he get his sony ericsson unlock code from unlocking website and upgrades the system software.
