My xperia j doesn't show any photos, musics or videos

Evertime I open my album, walkman or movies a message appears saying no music or no movies found and the only photos I can see in my album is phone's default pictures. But when I open my file manager I can open my photos, musics and videos. I restarted my phone many times, also removed my SD card, but it didn't work. Help me Please.

Try the following: settings-apps-all,scroll down to media storage, force stop and clear data. Restart.

So these are stored on the external SD? Could you move them to internal and see how it is?

In that case I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion..

Before repairing your device you may want to backup your information first. Check out this topic for more information on how to.
How to backup?

If the issue should still remain I think that this needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center. For more information about how to submit your phone for repair and where, contact your local support team.

It could be either a faulty microSD or something wrong with the firmware. Try the repair Samuel has suggested.
