My Xperia acro s don't response the power button

After display shut-off then i press the power button to use my phone. it don't show nothing. i try to restart my phone following the introduction in manual but it cann't restart. i try to charge me phone but nothing happen. How can i solve this problem?

did you give it a couple of minutes when you charge? does the led turn on?

what happens when you connect it to the pc?

Yes, After i have charged. it still cann't turn on. i have connet to my PC too but it have nothing.

i suggest to repair your phone using Sony Update Service http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/update-service/

however it would erase your data on phone

i try but it cann't synchronize between my phone and PC. How can i try next?

my suggestion:

1. keep charging for at least 30 mins or even longer.

2. press and hold the power key and Volume down key together for few seconds, see if anything happened? It is manner of force restart, phone will vibrate.

3. if you are sure the above steps don't work, send the phone to repair center.

i had same problem but i manage to pix,

1- download update service "http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/update-service/"

(its not Sony companion bcas some time we canfuse) actually its Update service

ones u download update service

2- open update service

3 - cannec tmicro USB cable to ur laptop first then connet to ur mobile (even ur cell is off), but when ur connecting USB cable to ur mobile press and hold Volume down key till u get the message realise key

4- wait tell its compaletly update

ipm. before u start this try to charge ur cell more then 30 min

Hi.i have exactly same problem.my xperia does not switch on.i've tried hard reset still nothing.completely dead.i think i have to send to repair centre but i dont know how to do that?when i go to : http://www.sony.co.uk/support/en/repair  theres only for TV vaio or tablet and other product.when i type in my model acro s LT26w i doesnt exist.any of xperia model doesnt exist in search box!?! what is it?where i can get RMA number etc.?
