My phone is restarting and turining off again and again. To avoid that i have to remove the battery from the phone. How to repair it?

You may need to perform a software repair using PC Companion. The process will erase all internal memory. You might need to charge your device for about 1-2 hours before so the device has at least 60% battery.
Make sure the device is not connected to computer or laptop and turned off (sometimes you have to press power button and volume up until the device vibrates 3 times or on some devices you have to press the small button near the SIM tray or on the back of the device).
Open PC companion->support zone->phone/tablet software update->repair my phone/tablet blue highlighted.Follow the steps given,do not connect your phone until prompted to press volume down while plugging USB cable. If PC companion does not start the repair process, you might need to run it in compatibility mode with Windows 7 (in some cases XP).
If this does not help, you need to take your device to a sony service.
Have you checked if the same problem occurs without a SIM?
I tried everything.. tried to restart it without sim card.. without memory card.. tried remove battery for hours.. nothing helped :(/

As you are able to remove the battery try the phone without a battery but mains power connected as this sounds similar to another thread on here where the member either had a faulty battery or faulty connection pin but it did work fine as said without a battery but mains power connected
Yup trying this step right now. I wish if this would help
@alexdon - During the repair through PC Companion if I put my phone on charging. and its off.. will that be okay??
Your phone has to be connected to a computer, could you elaborate on what you meant to say?
