is there any chance to upgrade xperia miro ics to jellybean???

No,the software support for miro has ended with ICS.

Sony Mobile ends software support for Xperia S, ion, P, U, go and more | Xperia Blog

However,you can try and manually update your phone to JB if you find a compatible ftf file.

You can install a custom Jelly Bean ROM such as this:

Or you can google instead for a KitKat ROM for Miro. There are several available. Only problem is, Camera and radio are not working with Kitkat.
