JB update not appearing

Hi guys, actually I had updated my phone to 4.1.2 but one day someone changed my password and I had to reset my phone. But now my phone is 4.0.4 againand its been 1 month and no jb update has appeared.What should I do now, other than rooting or doing a custom ROM?

Reseting your phone with SUS does NOT downgrade your phone, if you flashed your phone with flashtool that will explain why you were on 4.1 and now you are back on 4.0

Then what would u advise me to do now? Btw I got a new software on my ohone from somewhere cuz I didn't want my pics n everything to be deleted. And now my build number is 6.1.B.0.544.
