JB 4.1.2 & "My Info"

I have a TL (AT&T) w/ JB 4.1.2 and a couple of weeks ago "My Info" in contacts had disappeared. When I go to "my info" in "contacts", all I get is a COMPLETELY blank page; no fieds. no text whatsoever. I've done a "Settings reset" (don't really want to do "Factory data reset"), but to no avail. Anyone got any ideas on what could've happened?

Open the phonebook > menu > filter select all the options > check again

Tried that but did not work. This is what is in "My Info:

All other contacs in my phonebook are there.

backup your contacts and then 

settings > apps > all > phonebook > clear data
