How to uninstall an update?

Hello! Slightly_smiling_Face

I have updated my Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo to Android version 2.3.4, build number 4.0.2.A.0.62. How can I uninstall this update so that I get back build number 4.0.2.A.0.42 or Android version 2.3.3 ?

I made a factory reset, but it did not turn out the way I wanted it. Pls help.

Thanks in advance.

you can downgrade but as gwhispererz said " you cannot do it the official way"

there is an unoffiical way but you may lose warranty...

Thanks for the info! How do I uninstall unofficially? I don't think I have a warranty and I don't care about it so much.

I really want to root my phone and get rid of many stupid applications. On 42 it was possible, why did I have to upgrade to 64?!?

I'd do anything, just don't know how to downgrade.
