How to Root Sony Ericsson Live With Walkman (WT19i)

im using sony ericsson live with waalkman, some softwares and games ask for root my ROM. i have no idea what is that, i have tried to root my rom by installing softwares but it doesn't work. i used Easy Rooting Toolkit (V1.0), i also followd the instructions before rooting but nothing works.

after root can I update through offical software like 4.0.5 ICS ?

If there a chace of Brick or complete brick ?

Its not yet known that when will Sony float official ICS update for WT19i. But one can try this amazing ICS ROM: http://www.androidust.com/ics-aosp-rom-for-live-with-walkman-wt19i/.This is a pure AOSP ROM and thus there are some benefits and a few limitations.

i'm sorry i can't speak english very well, i want to ask how to root lww ics?because i can't root with busy box. must be downgrade fisrt to GB to root?thank's

-click on bolt

-select Fastboot mode

-plug your phone into the computer

i cant download the flash tool, i dont know why, i have downloaded the rom and zergrush root kit but i simply cant download the flash tool, if u have any other link plz tell me

ok now i have downloaded the file it is flash-update-0.8.x-0.8.6.0-windows.exe it is 955kb file, but i cant install it , it shows flashtool could not be installed, installation will be aborted, what should i do now,
