Hello there, since I couldn't find a solution I came here, first all sorry my english, I do what I can. So, this is my issue : compilation number is 12.0.A.1.211 and android  4.1.2  but on the sony support page last compilation is 12.1.A.1.205  Android Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean). Tried with update center on phone, it says "your divice already has the latest update", same with PC companion " your phone/tablet is up to date". So how do I update it ?  Its a SP C5303  with SIM but unlocked to use whatever SIM I want ( no fix carrier ) Any help or advice ? thank you

Dont want be rude or something like that,  but I already read all that stuff, everything works how it should work, update center on phone has keyboard 5.6.C to update and xperia lounge 2.4.2, PC compaion detects phone perfect, but the last update is not there, like if there is no last update at all, no errors or anything

Dial this code:

*#*#7378423#*#*

You'll get into service menu, tap on Service info -> Software info -> Find your customization version and write it here.

It looks like the latest version for this customization version (Malaysia) is indeed 12.0.A.1.211, as shown on Sony servers. This gives you 2 options:

- Live for the while with this version, and send a feedback to Sony directly from here.

- Try flashing a different customaization version, but this may void your warranty (depending on what's stated in warranty). Find a guide to do this here.
