no you can not, you will have to root your phone and use an app such as apps2sd to do so

I have installed the apps2sd, but it says "The device does not have a real primary external storage, or the primary external storage is emulated." I.E. I cannot move any apps and my Xperia ZR is full after only a couple of weeks use(less)!

How do I fix this?
