Recently I bought from ebay a new original housing for my Sony Xperia Acro S, because the plastic protection that covers the battery was broken and for this reason my phone has lost the waterproof protection. I have downloaded the service manual for this phone to change the new housing by myself because there are no Sony Xperia specialized technicians in Ecuador, I am really dissapointed because of this. In the service manual it doesn´t specify how can I change the NFC antenna pad from the original rear cover assy to the new one. It apparently seems to be sticked, but I am not sure of it, could someone please help me explaining me how can I unstick it to put it on my new housing? I am worried about breaking this part and not to have NFC function on my Xperia anymore. In the next picture I show you in the yellow part the NFC antenna that I need to change. I will really be thankful if someone gives me a good answer

First of all the XS is not a waterproof phone
However for you issue - If you have a heatgun or hairdryer then you will need to heat this part up being careful not to overheat and melt or burn the part, Doing this will soften the glue making is easier to remove, Now you can either try and lift it making sure not to force it and keeping it hot because if it cools down then the glue will become hard again, or whilst it's hot try using a sharp blade for example a craft knife to slide it under the part and cut through the glue, This can be a tricky and time consuming job and is not one to be rushed - Just be careful if using a heatgun to keep it away from the part, To close and you will burn it
