GPS Problem

i can't find any gps last two days.it always searching for gps.

Could you please describe your problem in more detail? Which app are you trying to use? Are you located outside? Do you use both Internet and GPS to determine your location?

i am using polaris navigation.it work's fine on my LWW.i trying also Maps.but still searching.location was set by google when my wifi was on.open sky it found 7 or 8 gps but searching always.location was't set by GPS .my phone is rooted.ICS .75 .BANGLADESH,DHAKA

Remove the SIM card an your phone will find your location. With SIM card no chance - thats t sony! software bugs like this????

I flashed the "World" Image to the phone (debrand) and now the GPS works fine! There is a problem with the provider modifications!! Sony should imporve the quality management! It's not the task of the end user.

I'm having the same problem with my xperia P running 6.1.1.B.1.54 build.

Generally it takes 5-10 minutes to lock on GPS satellites; accuracy is 9-15 meters

I tried other xperia P running the same build with identical issue on GPS, this looks to me like general issue.

Can someone responsible reply?

PS:

Restore won’t help, I tried different tools, navigations with same results

Only advice that came up in my mind is downgrade (if possible) to Gingerbread, because with that build I didn’t noticed this issue.
