downloading photos from phone to computer

Hi, I'm a having incredible difficulty downloading photos from phone to computer. I can't see the photos in my Drive Xperia Z internal storage and the programs that are available automatically download all photos, there is no select option. Can anyone help please

Xperia Z > internal storage > DCIM > 100ANDRO 

you should be able to see all the pictures there

Do you have a PC or Mac? if mac then download Bridge, if you have a PC install either PCC or SUS > restart your PC > run SUS/PCC > follow the steps, your PC should download the drivers
