couldn't install the 4.3 update to my SP

hello,

i bougth Xperia SP about year ago, but i didn't update the system since then.

it run the initial 4.1.2 JB version

today, finally, i could download the 390 MB update onto my mobile but when i try to install it, the device shut down and shows a progress bar which start to fill, but suddenly it restarts and say that the update couldn't be installed.

what could case this problem?

further info:

- i've rooted my device using tr rooting app.

- i've Xposed Framework installed

- i've gravityBox installed

what is the exact problem that prevent me from updating my device and how to solve.

The issue is that you are rooted and therefore your software is modified

To solve this you need to unroot or manually flash your device but by manually flashing you will loose root

i don't think there's away to rollback and unroot my device??

can master reset restore the system files and unroot the system or i certinlly need flashing for that??

You need to flash as your system has been modified - A factory reset may work but I doubt it will or atleast it never has for me
