Copy and Paste functions are not working in xperia p ics 4.0.3

I upgraded my xperia p to android ics. Now I am not getting copy / paste option in text area.

I got this menu for copy/ paste.

But what's about the message text area or in text editor.There also i should get these options.

Yes, But in the Message text area it is not showing any Selection option  for me Also :smileysad:, I think it was not there ICS.  Fix should Required for this.

Hope Sony will forword this issue

you just have to double click on the word and you ill see the same menu in text area as well

Copy paste feature not working for the text msgs nor whats app. Cant copy addresses nor paste them. silly bug hope it gets resolved soon. revert back to the previous style of copy paste was more than satisfied with it.

I get this double tapping thing right almost everywhere, but somehow it doesnt work on the integrated Facebook app in the ICS.. The two pins just dont appear no matter how many times I tap..
