CK13i - Code lock doesn't desappear

Hi..

I have an SE CK13i (TXT) and the phone doesn't accept the code lock.
I tried to update the software (it says "You already last firmware") and i 'force' the install, but after the PIN code, CK13i ask again the code lock and not accept the older code.

Solutions? Since doesn't exist a combination key to perfom a master reset and i tried the SEUS, what else can I do?

It can be a SIM PIN code or a phone lock. If it is a SIM PIN code, it's related to your SIM card. Try with another SIM card to see if you get the same behavior. 

If it is a phone lock you have entered in your phone, you need to visit a service center to get it unlocked. Please contact your local support team for more information:
