charging problem :(

hello to everyone...!

my arc s is not charging when is  turned off

i turn off the device,and when i plug it in the charger,it shows me sony logo, -same time blue led- and then nothing.

i dont see the thunder any more as i supposed to ... 😕

could you please help me.? sorry for my bad english

Was the problem there after you repaired your software ? ( before rooting )

i mean i told you to reinstall the software and then root. So did you check if your mobile was charging after repairing it ?

the main problem was after downgrade software by my friend i don't know what he did

i try many things about it and it never charge

root then follow you no charge too

i charge my phone on desktop charger 3 weeks ago

the charger connector on the ohone is ok as it can do software

no i can't charge my phone any way

and if i connect the phone to wall charger if the batttery full it drain to 0 and phone shutdown

Ooops, then you need to get it checked at service center. it seems to be a hardware default

Hi, I had the same problem yesterday, and chargemon fixed it, but today I've tried to just disable USB debugging and it worked. No need to replace chargemon. Since you have to enable USB debugging to root your device that may have been left enabled and caused the problem. Hope this helps

Is your phone rooted and you're not able to charge post rooting ?

Yes, it's rooted but I did that some months ago. However, I noticed it has become more difficult to charge since then - need to hold or arrange the phone and cable a certain way to ensure charging. Now, not even that works anymore.
