I found the solution, you need to install WiFix Manager to fix this problem, however this program needs root permission. The best way to get the root access without unlocking the bootloader. Please refer to this link :

I did ugrade to this version and yet i cant detect any wifi network though i could do so in ICS. What can i do to fix this ?
Thanks for your attention but i tried those solutions and they didn't work.
The problem is that the Wifi networks were detected successfully when i was using ICS, but after updating to JB 11.2.A.0.31 the problem arises. Please provide me a solid solution.
Can anyone update me with this please

This topic didn't help at all as it said that 11.2.A.0.31 upgrade would fix the wifi problem but am already using it and the problem exists
