Can't send or received MMS since android 4.3 update

Hi everybody,

I made the update to android 4.3 and since i have some problem, one of them is that i do not received or can send MMS.

each time i have message error such "can't download message".

any idea ?

Check if you can fix this by downloading the settings for Internet and MMS again.

Settings > More (Wireless & networks > Internet settings.

in setting>more, i don't have "internet/mms setting" as an opton.

where else can i re-download "internet/mms setting"??

Call your service provider and tell them to give you, or send you the settings for the mms..

Try Settings > Xperia > Internet settings then accept and choose your carrier.

Tryed to do your solution, with no success!!....what else can I do?
