Hi,
I've just had my X10 mini pro back from the Sony repair centre and it's back to factory settings.
I'm trying to get everything set up on it again but whenever I try to log into my Google account to set up emails and Android Market it says my username and password do not match.
They do match as I can log into Google on the PC with my details so I'm not sure what to do...
Hope someone can help please!
Solved! Go to Solution.
Ok, do one last Factory Data Reset. Goto Settings>Privacy>Factory data reset.
Once you are done, reboot phone and phone should prompt you to set up GMail account when you tap Market (make sure you have a good internet connection).
One other thing, make sure GMail account and password are keyed in correctly.
Good luck.
Hi, I would suggest doing a Factory Data Reset again (yourself) and set up everything again.
That hasn't worked unfortunately.
Did you restore your backup prior to logging in to GMail?
No I haven't! I didn't even realise I ought to do that!
I have a backup from whenever it was that the software upgrade took place so I'll try and restore that.
Thanks for your help!
No, that hasn't made a difference 😕

I understand this is frustrating .... just one last attempt before proceeding to Software Repair.
It's still not happening for me!
u shud make a new account..
after reset if it'll ask to create a gmail or sign in..
just click on sign in and make a new account and follow..
and then after setting up the main account..see if u can access the gmail app and the market..
and if u can then go to settings > accounts and sync
and then add new acoount..
then add ur previous account ( same which are not able to login )
and see if this helps..
