Can i do an update after flashing a firmware?

I flahed from the 205 (android 4.3) firmware to 245 (android 4.1) and now i have a notification about a 254 firmware being available to install. Will updating brick my phone?

No not at all but if you have unlocked your bootloader or have rooted the update will fail

I didnt root (i did on 4,3 but it is removed now)
And my bootloader is locked. So, i can update?

Yes you can update via PCC without issue

If available as an OTA then yes - The only time updates fail is as above - Bootloader unlocked and or a rooted device
