Audio problem with headphones in xperia T3

Hi guys,

I have the cell phone Sony Xperia T3, and it happens that using the maximum volume with the hearing aids when listening to music I suddenly appeared a particular message in which for safety you have to be prudent with the volume level. My problem is that since that time I havent been able to increase the volume of music, video and other media more than half of its capacity preventing me from listening to music at its maximum capacity. For other site, I havent audio problem when I dont use headphones.

Therefore, I would like to know if it could be a configuration problem, hardware or another issue.

when the warning appears you just have to press ok, then raise the volume again. it doesn't really limit the volume permanently.

The problem occurred when I pressed ok that time, since then I cant increase the volume to the maximum. Every time I try to raise the middle level the system by mistake returns to leave the audio level in the middle of the rail and also no longer appears the warning sign.
