Acro S update 6.2.B.1.96 constant notice even after update.

Even after updating my phone via PC Cmpanion I'm getting constant notification that I have a new update on my phone.

When I check the version installed it IS 6.2.B.1.96 on it and PCC tells me I have no updates.

It's getting realy annoying.

Oh....and WTH do you FORCE people the stock Google-apps like G-Mail (wich in my POW is worse then your own mail-client) G+ etc etc.. I don't use that crap and I don't have to root the phone to be able to uninstall them full.

If you have wifi try this, turn on wifi on your phone > settings > about phone > software update 

As far as Google apps, I don't know if you are aware that Android is developed by I don't know GOOGLE, that's why it has Gmail, Youtube, Play Store, etc.

It says I have the latest updates but I'm still getting the notification.

Buggs me out.

Oh I know very well that Android is made by Google, but on earlier phones (under the Sony-Ericsson era) tha stock Google-apps didn't came on UPDATES of the phone and YOUR changes.
 I just wanted this update due to the improved powerconsumtion and I got it full of crap I don't want and can't remove fully.

But ah well.... Never mind. The notofication issue is bugging me more

That's quite odd that you have the notification and you can't update your phone, perhaps its a server issue, just wait couple days longer. 

As far as Google, its the same as before, but there had been a lot more updates on Gmail and google apps than on previous Xperias, you could 

1 uninstall the updates

2 disable the apps

or 

3 root your phone and uninstall the apps with titanium backup or root explorer

Guess I'll have to wait and see because it IS updated.

Well guess it's what I'll have to do...uninstall the updates and disable them.

Right now rooting isn't an option.

This build has considerably slowed my Acro S . Icons in the home screen take few seconds to load , on returning to the home after few tasks .

Do you face a similar issue ?
