So if I understand you correctly, the phone is not able to start up at all after the accident? In that case, I believe that the best thing to do is to have the phone physically examined by an authorized service technician. And due to the fact that service routines, warranty and consumer laws varies depending on where you are located, I would suggest that you get in contact with your local support team for further instructions in the matter.
