Hi Leqnne,
Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.
With the information provided, I first suggest you try holding down the Power key and Volume Up key together for around 15 seconds, the handset should vibrate and restart.

Hi.
I'm also new here, but have the same problem. I've only had the phone since Saturday and experienced the same issue yesterday (Tuesday). The phone was at about 45% battery and then just wouldn't turn back on. It resolved itself by connecting to a PC.
Now I've read some more about this "sudden death issue" and how to get the phone to power back on, my question is it something that's going to occur regularly and is Sony doing something to fix the problem?
Hopefully your phone does not have any problem. If you encounter it again, report here.
I'm experiencing the same thing, I tried the press volume down and power button together but still won't turn on. plug it into the power system and there is no charging sign. Any help i can get here?

Do you get any response from the phone at all when charging it such as a red notification light?

Hi Sigh and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.
Leave the phone on charge for about 2 hours and if you still don't get a notification light then you will need to contact your local Xperia Care team so that they can assist in arranging the repair of your device.
If however you do get a notification light after this then please try running a software repair:
1. Download the PC Companion software from http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/pc-companion/
and install it on your PC.
2. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.
3. Phone Software Update.
4. Start.
5. Repair Phone
6. Continue
7. Accept data removal
8. Next
9. Wait for prepare
10. Select Phone
11. Follow the connection steps
