Device memory full in xperia L

Hi.

I have a problem with my xperia L. Device memory gets full with normal usage after a couple of weeks. After it gets full, the phone is almost impossible to use; album doesn't work, new updates will not install, phone resets itself, cannot install new programs.. ETC. The only way out is, in my opinion, to make a "factory reset". But this is not how it should go with a mobile phone..

I am completely sure that this is somekind of a software bug, because my work mate is having exactly same symptoms with his phone and some other users have complained this in this forum with other words. For example:

http://talk.sonymobile.com/thread/140571

http://talk.sonymobile.com/thread/144006

http://talk.sonymobile.com/thread/141173

Somebody explained that this is because the album app is somehow broken, other explanation would be that the phone doesn't know how to refresh the temp files...

Now I have some questions for Sony:

1. Do you recognize this problem?

2. How are you going to tackle it and what is the schedule?

3. Also, when tackling this problem, will you repair the camera software too?

Then, I would like to know if there are other users having the same problem.. By the way, the system version is 15.0.A.1.31

Even i have the same trouble with my Sony Experia E.  In addition to that the phone constantly reboots itself.  Could you please suggest if this needs a firmware update to fix this

I just bought xperia L a couple of weeks back. its running on firmware 15.3.A.1.17. there are two partition for the memory, device memory and internal demory. its showing device memory almost full and internal memory nearly half full. Still it is giving notification of memory almost full and i cant even update my apps. i want to know SONY, why i can't use the internal memoryeven when device memory is full. No other mobile companies has this issue. if you give 8GB of memory, consumers should be able to use all of that 8 gb for apps as a whole. it seems to me that when device memory partition, which is only 1.57gb, is full, i cannot use the internal memory also for apps. PLEASE RESPOND!!!

I got my c2105 earlier this year and I must say that I really like the phone but one issue that keeps annoying me is the the memory management. I as a person, I'm in love with apps and games, and having just 5.8G at my disposal is very annoying, I hope if a new firmware is released they address this issue.

Try to delete thumbnail data on your file manager sometimes it eats your memory

@###@@@xx@@  I thought I had solved this problem by installing the latest firmware update, but after 5 months here I am again having to deal with the same memory problem.

This "internal device memory of 1.57Gb" is driving me crazy! Why don't you SONY just use ONE and JUST ONE memory for everything???

So did you find solution to your "device memory full'' problem? Please respond if you did. Would be grateful.
