Device memory full in xperia L

Hi.

I have a problem with my xperia L. Device memory gets full with normal usage after a couple of weeks. After it gets full, the phone is almost impossible to use; album doesn't work, new updates will not install, phone resets itself, cannot install new programs.. ETC. The only way out is, in my opinion, to make a "factory reset". But this is not how it should go with a mobile phone..

I am completely sure that this is somekind of a software bug, because my work mate is having exactly same symptoms with his phone and some other users have complained this in this forum with other words. For example:

http://talk.sonymobile.com/thread/140571

http://talk.sonymobile.com/thread/144006

http://talk.sonymobile.com/thread/141173

Somebody explained that this is because the album app is somehow broken, other explanation would be that the phone doesn't know how to refresh the temp files...

Now I have some questions for Sony:

1. Do you recognize this problem?

2. How are you going to tackle it and what is the schedule?

3. Also, when tackling this problem, will you repair the camera software too?

Then, I would like to know if there are other users having the same problem.. By the way, the system version is 15.0.A.1.31

Having installed build 15.3.A.0.26 three weeks ago I've not experienced any memory loss issues since. Thanks to Sony for resolving, just a shame they didn't keep everyone in this post informed along the way - and kept denying there was a software issue! The fact they fixed it proves there was and they knew about it. Open communication would have helped manage expectations.

This should solve your problem only for a week or so. To fix the memory bug you should update your firmware, or root your phone. THERE IS NO OTHER WAY.

I've just updated the phone! Slightly_smiling_Face Slightly_smiling_Face

But the update isn't available for all at the same time it is released officially. In my case I've talked with my phone service provider and asked them to carry out the update faster.

internal memory issue solve without factory reset

hi frnds i have solved my xperia l problem without factory reset you have to do is

first copy your all important things like donwload , obb data file etc sd card 0 to sd card 1.so that you save your data

then you have to do is unmount your sd card. after that you have to dalete all files except android folder in to sd card 0.

then use clean master to delete junk files . then see your sd card 0 is almost everything deleted except android folder.

then unmount your sd card and its done u have (757.47mb/4.01gb)

hope it helps you thank you
