Have any other owners of the 1030 noticed that it is not possible to set a default Sound Field for the BD/DVD input? It always switches back to HD D.C.S when you turn the receiver on, switch between amp and BD/DVD - even fast forward on a disc.
I currently have a 2.0 set-up and would like the Sound Field fixed to 2.Ch.Stereo. This works fine for all other Inputs, ie: TV. But BD/DVD will not play ball and switches to HD D.C.S firing unwanted 'surround' echo out of the speakers.
Even if I had a 5.1 set-up I still wouldn't want it on HD DCS - then I'd opt for AFS.
