Nope, I live in Germany. I just a call with the customer service at Sony Germany. They were telling me to do a hard reset by pushing the power button for 5 seconds. I was telling him I was not home a the moment to try out his troube shooting and told him my doubts about pressing a non physical button. But he was pretty sure it works. once I get home I will try out and see where it leads to.
