We bought our RDR-HXD870 on E-bay a week ago, thought it was great then this! The poor guy who sold it to us is now worried. We have spent the last two days trying to sort out what was wrong, with so many e-mail to the E-bay seller we're on first name terms. What we want to know now is, when will it be fixed, what caused the problem, and how will we know it's fixed? Also, glad we found this message board and found out it wasn't just our machine as I hate to think what time and effort we could have gone to trying to sort out our purchase.
