No Internet via Homeplug

Ive got the BDP S370 connected to my router by Devolo Homeplug.  Initially accessed internet beautifully... now just gets message cant access internet.  Tested the Homeplug units, they are fine.  Help!!!!

Hi,

Try rebooting your Internet router first and if still no joy then reboot your BDP S370?

Make sure your homeplugs aren't in an extension block as this affect them also.

Thanks for the suggestions.... tried them all... reset router, reset DVD player, even reset and reprogrammed homeplug system... even swapped around homeplug units...avoided extention cord use... still not working.. still get internet connection failed message.  The frustrating thing is that the system worked just fine when I first configured it a week ago.  When I went to use it again...no joy.  Any more ideas please????

Does it work if you connect directly via Ethernet. Really need to try and pinpoint where the fault might be.
