I have a Sony DVDs player RDRHXD870 not used it a lot but I went to try and record a disk(Sony disk) but it told me it was incompatible and unreadable. I got onto Sony they have told me and sent a link to update the software. I downloaded the file burned it to a disk but still it won't take it I have tried other disks even disks with films from a shop to no avail. Can anyone help me or do you think it is a mechanical fault.
