BDP S380 iplayer missing.

I have a Bdp s380 and iplayer is gone! Help!

Hi there

Try this -

1 - Turn off S380 and unplug from wall.

2 - Turn off your ISP's router and leave off for 5 minutes

3 - Turn on router

4 - Turn on S380

You should be then given a new IP address from your ISP. If iPlayer still doesnt show, update firmware software, and reset S380 back to factory default settings.

Thank you for your help.  Nothing has worked, so back to square 1.  If you have any other ideas, that would be great.
