Bought the above player last week, connected it up to HDMI TV through powerline adaptor to broadband. Worked beautifully and we relished in accessing Lovefilm, YouTube, etc. The Blu-ray hasnt been used for 2 days, we have just gone to watch something and its saying no network connection - physical connection was OK but no internet connection. Braodband working fine as can access BT Vision through visionbox. Have checked all the cables to ensure connected. Now what?
have you tried the powerline adapter with a laptop or computer to check they are working?
Failing that, just run a factory reset and that should clear it.
