The setup I have is a Sony KD-49X8005C TV which supports 4k@60hz and the Sony STR DH-550 Av receiver which also supports 4k@60hz, connected to Nvidia GTX 960 on the PC.
When the GTX960 is directly connected to the TV I can get 4k@60Hz.

Nvidia GTX 960 ===> Sony KD-49X8005C TV
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
However when connected via the AV receiver I can only get 4k@30hz. The display properties in windows only shows an option for 30Hz

Nvidia GTX 960 ===> Sony STR DH-550 AV ===> Sony KD-49X8005C TV (4k@30hz only)

After reading the spec sheets again I found that the TV supports 4k@60Hz with YCbCr 4:2:0/8 bit only while the Av receiver supports it at Yuv 4:2:0/8 bit only. But really confused what could be the reason
