I purchased this base station on 23 December 2010 as a present but when we set it up the sound quality was abyssmal.
I took it back to Currys who refuse to give a refund or credit note or anything. I left the base station on the counter and walked out.
Am I alone in thinking that the this product is not satisfactory and that both Currys and Sony should do something about it?
