Having problems registering my PRS-T1

Hi All,

I'm probably being blonde, but I'm really struggling to register my new PRS-T1 e-reader online.  Everytime I type in the info, it just comes up with has already been registered. I know for a fact though that I haven't!

Any help would be most appreciated!! 🙂

It could well be that one of your "early" attempts actually succeeded, as it sounds like you had a few goes at it - it's not instant !

You could uninstall, then try again, or do a soft reset.
