books will not download to reader library from PC.

Installed reader libary, bought an e-book, it downloaded to my PC. Followed instructions..... dragged it to reader in reader library.(on list) It shows in status but won't download. nothing is happening.  What am I not doing correcctly.....

Hi, very frustrated yesterday as could not download hence posting the question. Problem solved however, as rang a very helpful sony adviser who explained i had to unzip the file before downloading. It worked. Thanks for you help.

Not all files arrive zipped, but you probably know that.......
