Hi sangeo, welcome to the Sony Forums

There's no physical difference but sometimes firmware etc can differ.

The 'e' on a Sony camera denotes a European model, to differentiate it from those designed for use in the US or Asia.

Firmware may adapt the camera video settings to work in a different region; you may also find the warranty on an 'e'-designated model will not be valid outside of Europe.

Hope that's of some help.

Cheers

Mick

Many thanks Mick.  I can now buy with confidence, that I am not missing anything concerning the "e" if not advertised with it stated.

Cheers
