stucked phone

Hello! I recently bought a new sony xperia c. Yesterday when i was installing new Version it stucked at 0% and i cant do anything. I have the update service in my computer but i cant find my phone. I turned it off (and from back button) but nothing happend. i Tried pressing  power on and volume up key but nothing happend again. Can you tell me something to do?

Connect the phone to a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up > let it charge for 2 to 3 hours then repair it with SUS
