10 days to replace the battery of my c4

I have been to a sony repair center and I have been told that the C4 needs to be sent to Sony to replace the battery because the phone is water proof... Total time 10 days. Is it possible ? I leave in Rome and I found hard to believe that a simple task requires 10 days.

I am sorry to hear about your experience with your phone.

The turn around time on a repair will vary region to region. If they have other repairs queued before yours this might be the cause of the delay, but I am not sure. As is a local matter so you will need to remain in touch with your local support team.
