GTK-XB60 Speaker Don't power up with the power chord

The speaker battery has no charge, when I press "power up" it blinks 3 times (charge light). wich is expected behavior when you have no charge. The problem is that it doesn't do anything when I connect it to the power plug. The speaker doesn't power up or charge. There is no light in the charge light.

Check that the AC power cord is connected securely, or try a different main.
