Hello all having a issue with built-in mic on my Sony X94J 65" I have flicked the switch on the TV but no light come on and when talk (OK google) no response, remote works but not TV. Any one know why. I would have helped if TV came with a full Manuel.
Hi did a factory reset with TV mic switche on, and this has fixed the issue and at the moment the freezing picture on the Bravia Core seems to be fixed too. Thanks for all your help. 😊 Let's hope all stay good. Love the TV.
Looking at your reference manual on Page 4 [10]. It appears that you may have to enable it as well as switching it on. No doubt that Sony need to cover themselves by making you responsible for an open Mic on your TV.
