x85c Television - Webcam? Not listed in spec

Hi there.  I've ordered the x85c.  Please can you tell me if it has an integrated webcam?  

Also will apps like Spotify and Skype be pre-installed?

It looks like this model does not come with the camera integrated.

What are you sources?  Like I said it's not in the spec, though I read it does have face detection?

Face detection is per image processing not for looking at you
