Yesterday, the TV offered me the panel refresh. I did the operation but immediately a vertical line appeared in the middle of the screen. The left side of the screen has a slightly different brightness from the right so that you apparently notice a dividing line. I redid another refresh panel without solving.
Is there anything I can do or should I call the assistance? Sony changes the TV for this problem?
Before the refresh the panel was perfect.

I have also a rectangle.
Very bad refresh panel.
Is the rectangle centred? If so it's a panel fault and replaceable under warranty
LG acknowledged the fault and everyone that uses the panels replace them.
Change only panel or tv?
From my experience with a panel fault they exchange the entire TV for the same model or better.
I'm guessing it's easier than replacing parts then they repair them and use them as refurbished units.
My new a1 is coming on Tuesday.

No they swap it for a new one.

How long does the new tv arrive?
My exchange got authorised on Friday and they will be bringing the new TV and taking the old one on Tuesday. The engineer that brings the new one also takes the old one.
It took about a week of emails /calls to support going through some tests to check the panel was faulty before the exchange was authorised.
